He has been overseeing both the organisation&#8217;s growth and the HORECA segment over the years.<\/p><p>Owing to unanticipated events during COVID-19, he chose to return to the IT sector; however, after working in the coffee industry for ten years, he has a dream of his own and is returning to establish his own coffee roastery. He came up with the name &#8220;Hay&#8221; for Hay Coffee by his son name Hayden. He set his own standards for guaranteeing customer satisfaction, product quality, and operation issues, which was one of the main reasons he ran his own business.\u00a0<\/p><p>We began modestly, but
