Everything began in 2013 when the founder became involved in the coffee supply industry and collaborated closely with one of the largest coffee companies in the world. He has been overseeing both the organisation’s growth and the HORECA segment over the years.
Owing to unanticipated events during COVID-19, he chose to return to the IT sector; however, after working in the coffee industry for ten years, he has a dream of his own and is returning to establish his own coffee roastery. He came up with the name “Hay” for Hay Coffee by his son name Hayden. He set his own standards for guaranteeing customer satisfaction, product quality, and operation issues, which was one of the main reasons he ran his own business.Â
